Extra tax advantage cultural ANBI
For donations to a cultural ANBI, you may deduct 1.25 times the amount of the donation in your income tax return. Companies subject to corporate income tax may deduct 1.5 times the amount of the donation in the corporate income tax return.
Calculation example private individual: For a donation of EUR 100, you may deduct an amount of EUR 100 x 1.25 = EUR 125 in your tax return. At a top rate, this means about EUR 62.50 less tax . In short, a donation of EUR 100 to the RHC will cost you only EUR 37.50 in this example. Please note the threshold amounts used by the tax authorities.
