Jong Gelre Academy
Jong Gelre Academy
Jong Gelre Academy is intended for musicians aged 12 to 19 who are considering entering the competition as a duo, trio or other ensemble

Where can we help?
The help Jong Gelre Academy can offer depends partly on the demand of the ensemble.
1) The members of the ensemble all have lessons, but lack a teacher who can make the ensemble into an ensemble. Jong Gelre seeks a teacher and pairs them with the ensemble for 2 or 3 sessions.
2) The ensemble members have already chosen a repertoire, but are still missing one musician. Jong Gelre searches through its contacts for a possible candidate.

- The preparation leads to participation in Jong Gelre Academy’s next competition
- Travel expenses and other costs incurred by the musicians to realise the assistance will be borne by the musicians

- At this interview, all musicians of the ensemble are present (online)
- If this gives rise to a next step, an information form will be provided for completion
- A recording of the ensemble can be requested to support this

- After this, Jong Gelre Academy will look for a teacher and make a plan for the number of sessions and the location
- Costs payable to the teacher and, if applicable, for the location, will be borne by Jong Gelre Academy
